Greater NoidaThe Bharatiya Kisan Union is preparing to open a front against the three authorities once again with other farmer organizations under the banner of United Kisan Front. For this, a mahapanchayat is being organized on July 30, for which a public awareness campaign has been started in the village.
Regarding this movement and mahapanchayat, Western Uttar Pradesh President of Bharatiya Kisan Union Pawan Khatana said that the problem of farmers of Gautam Budh Nagar has been going on for a long time. The protest was also organized by the United Front. Negotiations were also held with officials several times. At that time, the officials were assured to solve the problem early. The three authorities took action on the back lease of any village only on paper, but did nothing on the ground.
He said that a village-to-village meeting was held to give 10 percent plots to the farmers, but till now farmers plots of farmers quota have not been given in the village. Youth are unemployed, big companies are being opened, but local people are not given employment in the name of jobs.
On all these issues, the Bharatiya Kisan Union will hold a mahapanchayat under the Yamuna Expressway underpass in front of Galgotia University on 30 July. Until the problems of the farmers are resolved, the farmers will remain there. Jan Jagran Abhiyan has been started for the Mahapanchayat preparation of 30 July.
The meeting of the United Front was held on Wednesday at the residence of Veeru Nagar in Dankour town. The meeting was chaired by Arjun Pradhan and the operation was conducted by Sube Ram Master Ji. In this Jan Jagran Abhiyan, the residents have assured that in the Mahapanchayat to be held on July 30, hundreds of farmers from Dankour will come to the mahapanchayat with tractors, vehicles and will fight a cross-border fight. Many more farmer leaders were present on this occasion along with Pawan Khatana.
