Let us inform that earlier Farooq Abdullah was among those Kashmiri leaders who were against the abrogation of Article 370. Now for the first time, he has linked the lack of justice to the targeted killing of Kashmiri Pandits. Farooq did not tell who is not getting justice. Terrorism took its head in Jammu and Kashmir from the 1990s during the era of Farooq Abdullah and till now Hindus and Muslims are paying the brunt of it.
Even before this, Farooq has been in the discussion many times by making controversial statements. He had even said that Occupied Kashmir belongs to Pakistan and will remain its only. Once Farooq Abdullah had given a statement that Lord Ram will not come and remove unemployment and there is no political fight on public issues. He has also given a statement like re-implementation of Article 370 with the help of China. Together with his arch opponent and pro-Pakistan Mehbooba Mufti, he also formed the Gupkar alliance.
