If the stomach is not well, then the mind remains upset the whole day, but due to our wrong eating habits and lifestyle, today most of the people are troubled by stomach problems. There are some people who often have bloating in their stomach. That means the stomach often remains bloated and full. After the stomach swells, its pressure starts being felt till the chest. This also causes heartburn or acidity. Sometimes chest pain also starts. Bloating occurs when your stomach fills with too much air and gases. After all, what is the root of all these problems? What are the causes of flatulence? You can get answers to all these questions here.
due to bloating
1. Diseases-According to Dr. Shrihari Anikhindi of the Gastro Department at Gangaram Hospital, New Delhi, if the stomach is bloating, then first of all we have to see the reasons for which it is bloating. There can be many reasons for this. Many diseases like irritable bowel syndrome, gastrointestinal reflux disease, Crohn’s disease etc. can cause flatulence. Therefore, if there is a lot of flatulence, it can have many other side effects. In such a situation, definitely get treatment from doctors.
2. Milk intolerance-Dr. Srihari Anikhindi says that milk is undoubtedly a very nutritious diet in our country, but 70 percent of the people in India have the problem of milk intolerance or lactose intolerance. This means that for many people, their intestines are unable to tolerate milk because lactase enzyme is required to digest lactose present in milk or dairy products. But in most of the people lactase enzyme is produced less due to which it is not digested in the stomach and due to this a lot of gases are formed and the stomach gets bloated. Therefore such people should not drink milk. Instead of this they can eat curd.
3. Wrong diet-Many wrong eating habits make the stomach empty. For example, consumption of excessively processed food, pizza, burgers, fast food, food soaked in excess oil, ghee, butter etc. can cause flatulence. Therefore use these things limitedly. At the same time, the intestines of some people cannot digest even good things properly. Such compounds are found in beans, broccoli, cauliflower, lentils, chickpeas, kidney beans, mushrooms etc. which some people lack the enzymes required for digestion. In such a situation, you will know for yourself what is harming you. If you feel bloated after eating these things then do not consume them.
4. Soft drinks, soda-If you think that drinking cold drinks or soda will give you too much cold in the stomach then you are wrong. Actually, these things contain a lot of carbon dioxide, due to which it increases the gas in the stomach, which will lead to dehydration in the body and the stomach will become bloated.
5. Wrong eating habit-Bad eating habits can also cause flatulence and filling of stomach with gases. If you eat too much gum, use a straw to drink something, or eat too quickly, you will also get bloated.
6. Exercise-If you don’t exercise. Sitting on a chair for too long or staying at one place and moving very little can lead to gas filling in the stomach and this can lead to flatulence.
What to eat instead of these foods
First find out the things which cause flatulence and do not consume those things. Along with this, if you are feeling flatulence due to kidney beans, chickpeas or lentils, then soak them in water before preparing them. After this consume it. Do not consume too much carbonated drinks. Instead, consume gluten free things. Use more salad. Eat leafy vegetables and exercise daily.
