14 cases of rape and blackmailing
It is being claimed that the police has now arrested the woman who filed a rape case against the lawyer in different police stations. His name is Bhavna Sharma. It is learned that the accused woman has registered 14 separate cases of rape and blackmailing. According to the news that came out, the police said that on May 8, advocate Nitin Meena had filed a case at Sadar police station.
Marriage pressure through friendship
According to the complaint lodged, the accused woman named Bhavna Sharma pressured the lawyer to increase her friendship and marry her, then threatened to implicate in a false case and demanded money and said that she had lodged such cases against many people in the past. Bhavna Sharma has also filed a case of rape against Nitin Meena at Jyoti Nagar police station.
14 fake cases in eight years
After the complaint of the lawyer, the police came into action and arrested Bhavna Sharma and presented them in the court and the court handed over Bhavna Sharma to the police on remand. Investigation so far has revealed that Bhavna Sharma has registered 14 cases during 2016 to 2024 i.e. about eight years. The Gurugram court has written to take action against the woman accused in the false case of rape. The police has also put a final report in the cases filed by the woman.
Evidence against Bhavna Sharma in police investigation
Guru Sharan Rao, Additional DCP of the Special Investigation Unit of crime against women, has found Bhavna Sharma guilty in the investigation. Online and many evidence of money transactions have also been found. Police say that in this case, forcibly recovering the case of Section 388 of the IPC i.e. death or life imprisonment etc., forcibly recovering and 504 cases in which a person can not be arrested without a warrant under IPC 504 and requires the court’s permission and requires the court’s permission.
