Haj pilgrimage from Rajasthan-2025 today (May 1) starts from evening. The first Haj flight will leave for Saudi Arabia with 164 Haj pilgrims from Jaipur International Airport at 6:10 pm today. This aircraft will reach Madina via Jeddah. The Haj Committee has given strict instructions to passengers to reach the airport at least 4 hours before the flight time. So that the document verification and immigration formalities can be completed on time.
Special counter at the airport for Haj pilgrims
According to the Haj Committee, between May 1 and May 8, a total of 17 flights will leave from Rajasthan with Haj pilgrims. Haj pilgrims from different districts will be sent daily by one or two flights. Special counters, medical facilities and assistance centers have been arranged at the airport.
More than one lakh people from all over the country will go to Haj
Recently, Minority Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju gave information about the Haj pilgrimage. He congratulated all 1 lakh 22 thousand 518 pilgrims going on a pilgrimage of Mecca-Medina. He also said, “This year’s Haj pilgrimage has begun. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Government of India is committed to ensure smooth and uninterrupted Haj pilgrimage. I pray for safe, blessed and spiritually rich Haj pilgrimage.”
