In Samastipur, Bihar, an embarrassing case of evacuating a married pregnant woman has come to light. Here a pregnant woman was expelled from the house by her in -laws. Now she is traveling around the police station to get justice. The case is related to dowry harassment and caste discrimination. The woman’s name is Rangeela Kumar and she hails from Muzaffarpur.
Actually, the girl was studying 12th in Samastipur with her aunt. During this coaching, he met a boy named Anand. Then there was a love affair between the two. What was it then, both of them got married in Mukteshwar Nath temple on 13 October last year. After marriage, both moved to Haryana. Anand started working in Haryana, but both returned home after 6 months.
In -laws asked for dowry
After this, the family got both married again in court. It was only 14 days since the woman came to her in -laws, that her in -laws started discriminating against her on the basis of caste. Not only this, the in -laws demanded five lakh rupees from the woman as dowry. He also assaulted the woman. The woman was fired by her in -laws on 7 February 2025 in a pregnant condition of three months.
Woman traveling around the police station for justice
The complaint has been submitted to Khanpur Police Station, Superintendent of Police and Sub Divisional Police Officer of Kalyanpur. The woman has been traveling around the police station since February. Two months have passed since he wandered, but his FIR has not been registered in the police yet. Khanpur Police Station Manoj Kumar said that the police is investigating the case. This case is of love marriage. There was some mutual dispute, due to which the girl’s in -laws expelled her from the house. He said that action will be taken soon by registering an FIR.
