Crime News Desk !!! A 15 -year -old girl was allegedly abducted in Haryana. After this, the accused raped the minor girl for 20 consecutive days. However, the police managed to save the girl and arrested the accused. The police informed the case on Thursday (29 February) that the girl had gone missing about 20 days ago. His father lodged a missing complaint. A case of kidnapping was registered against unknown persons and the names of three people came to light during the investigation.
Police said that two of the three accused are from the victim’s village, while the third is from Uttar Pradesh. When the police questioned the girl, she told that the three accused had raped her. The police have registered a case against the accused under the POCSO Act and related sections of the Indian Penal Code including kidnapping and rape.
Minor raped in Haryana last year
A 15 -year -old girl was allegedly abducted in Haryana in August last year. The girl was abducted when she was going to school. After the abduction, the accused raped the girl. Three out of four people were arrested in the case. The accused were between 21 and 32 years old. The police registered a case under the POCSO Act and the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code including kidnapping and rape.
