According to Dr. Mona Kaleem, for Vitamin A, you should consume eggs, dairy products, spinach, green leafy vegetables, carrots etc. Broccoli, cauliflower, kale, capsicum, orange are beneficial for Vitamin C. For Vitamin E, almonds, sunflower seeds, avocado should be consumed. For carotenoids, consume peaches, raspberries etc. Apart from all these, dark chocolate, berries, citrus fruits, dry fruits, fish, flaxseeds, chia seeds, walnuts etc. are excellent diets for improving eyesight.
