Former CM Ashok Gehlot wrote a letter to the Chief Minister regarding the deteriorating traffic problem of Jaipur

Jaipur. Former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has written a letter to Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma to take necessary steps regarding the traffic problem taking a formidable form in the state capital Jaipur. He has said in the letter that the problem of traffic jam in Jaipur has become serious, which is affecting the lives of common citizens. Gehlot said that many roads of Jaipur have a continuous traffic jam from morning to evening. In some places, roadways have been closed without proper planning, causing the situation to become more difficult. He drew attention to problems such as not being correct timing of traffic lights, getting stuck of emergency services and not reaching their destination on time of common people.
He referred to some major places of Jaipur such as Ambedkar Circle, 200 feet bypass of Ajmer Road, Gandhi Path Rambagh Circle, Moti Dungri Temple Chauhara, JLN Road, OTS Chauraha, Amrapali Circle and Queen’s Road etc. of Vaishali Nagar, etc., there was a need to worry about the situation of the entire day and the need to pay special attention to these places.
Gehlot said that during the tenure of the Congress government, the work of making B-2 bypass Chauhara, Lakshmi Mandir Tiraha etc. was started jam-free. He also requested the present government to take concrete steps in the same direction. The former Chief Minister has expressed hope that the Chief Minister will take cognizance of this serious problem soon and will take effective action to provide relief to the capital people from traffic jams.
