Free artificial limb camp for Divyang in Delhi, will be organized on 16 February

New Delhi. Narayan Seva Sansthan, a prestigious and National Awards of Udaipur, Rajasthan, is going to organize a huge free artificial limb camp for the disabled in the capital Delhi on 16 February. The camp will run from 8 am to 5 pm in Golden Crown, Japanese Park, Sector-12, Rohini.

The institute’s trustee and director Devendra Chaubisa told in a press conference that the institute will provide high quality prostheses by the team of expert doctors who have lost their hands and feet due to any accident or illness. After two months, modular prostheses will be fitted free of cost according to measurement. Free food and tea-breakfast will also be provided for the patients and their families in the camp.

The institute’s media and public relations director Bhagwan Prasad Gaur appealed to the disabled and said that it will be mandatory to bring Aadhaar card, disability certificate and two passport size photos to join the camp. Significantly, Narayan Seva Sansthan has been working for the welfare of the disabled for the last 40 years. Founder Kailash Manav has been awarded the Padma Shri honor, while the president of the institute Prashant Aggarwal was awarded the President’s Award in 2023. So far, the institute has provided more than 40,000 prostheses and this time is going to take a big step to change the lives of the Divyang of Delhi.
