Troops march past

The chief guest, Madam, honored the martyrs by wearing a shawl and a citation. Along with this, the tricolor was administered the oath and honored by providing a citation to 29 students, players, voluntary organizations, officers and personnel selected for outstanding works.

PT and cultural presentations held

Physical exercise was performed by the students of the school at the ceremony and a group dance was organized by Sardar Higher Secondary School (II), Navodaya Vidyalaya (II) and RPS Vidyalaya (First) on the theme of patriotism.

Officers hoisted flag

On the occasion of the 79th ceremony of Independence Day, flag hoisting programs were also organized at the District Collectorate Office and Niwas and in all the state offices, schools, autonomous institutions, councils, boards, private offices, industrial units and establishments of the district and rangoli and state buildings, historic doors were attractive at the major intersections of the city.
