Kedar Jadhav has retired from cricket.Jadhav played his last international match in the year 2020.Jadhav was seen playing in the IPL last year.
New Delhi. The Indian team’s T20 World Cup 2024 campaign is going to start after two days. Earlier, Kedar Jadhav, a star all-rounder in Team India, has said goodbye to cricket. Jadhav, who has played with Virat Kohli, Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Rohit Sharma, announced his retirement from all formats. He was seen playing for Royal Challengers Bangalore during the Indian Premier League 2023. Jadhav wrote on the social media platform X, ‘Thank you everyone for your love and support throughout my career. Consider me retired from all formats of cricket from 3 pm today.’
Kedar Jadhav used to work as an important link in the Indian middle order as a batsman. He was last seen in international cricket in the year 2020. Then he came on the field for Team India in Auckland during the ODI match played against New Zealand. Kedar Jadhav was also a part of the 2019 World Cup team. Kedar Jadhav played his last first class match on 9 February this year. Then he came to play during the Maharashtra vs Vidarbha match. In the two innings of this match, Jadhav scored 27 and 40 runs. Also, during bowling, he did not take any wicket by giving 13 runs.
