A gas leak occurred in a factory in Beawar, Ajmer, Rajasthan. Due to gas leakage, people living in the surrounding areas started having trouble with eye irritation and breathing. The health of 53 people deteriorated. He has been admitted to the hospital. Three people, including the factory owner, died in this accident.
DN Mahendra Kharagawat said that 53 people fell ill due to gas leakage. Factory owners Sunil Singhal (47), Dayaram (52) and Narendra Solanki died. This factory was running illegally. The factory in which the gas leak occurred is located in Balad’s Badia on Balad Road. Late on Monday, nitrogen oxide gas started leaking from the acid tankers standing in the warehouse of Sunil Trading Company. As soon as the information was received, Beawar Deputy Superintendent of Police Rajesh Kasana reached the spot. The team of fire brigade was also called. Water was sprayed in the area.

DSP Kasana himself tied a wet cloth on his mouth and went inside the factory. To overcome the gas leak, firefighters continued to spray water. Due to gas leakage, the health of more than 50 people living in the area deteriorated. He was admitted to various hospitals in Beawar for treatment. Some were referred to Ajmer for treatment as they were in critical condition.
The collector ordered the factory to be sealed.
In view of the seriousness of the situation, all the doctors of the hospital including District Collector Dr. Mahendra Kharagawat, Superintendent of Police Shyam Singh, Subdivision Officer Divyansh Singh, District Medical Officer Dr. Sanjay Gehlot have been deployed for emergency services. District Collector Dr. Mahendra Kharagawat has ordered to seal the factory immediately. Also, the police has been ordered to register an FIR in this case with immediate effect.

District Superintendent of Police Shyam Singh said that the gas was suddenly leaked from a tanker standing in a factory on Balad Road. Due to this incident, people were sore throat and difficulty in breathing. As soon as the information was received, CO Beawar Rajesh Kasana reached the spot and tried to control the situation. An official said that the situation is now under control. The administration has started investigating the incident and strict action will be taken against those who are negligent.
