In Noida, Uttar Pradesh, a woman has complained to the police, making serious allegations against the businessman of Jammu and Kashmir. The woman alleges that the accused not only kept molesting and indecency, but also kept the pressure to marry it. According to the victim, on protesting, the accused threatened him that if he did not listen to him, he would forcibly take him to Kashmir. The police have arrested the accused in the case and sent them to jail.
Army officer’s daughter, business herself is handling business
The victim, who hails from Noida Sector-7, said that her father was a colonel in the army and participated in the 1971 war. He died during duty in 1994. After this, the woman started the business of manufacturing candles in Sector-7, Noida, set an example of self-sufficiency. The woman also has a factory where she herself handles the work.
Businessman increased closeness in the name of business
According to the woman, on March 28, she was contacted with businessman Amin Kolu, resident of Chandpora Harvan in Jammu and Kashmir. The accused proposed a business deal, describing themselves as associated with big businessmen of Saudi Arabia and called for a meeting in the factory on 23 April. But there was no meeting in the factory. The woman alleges that when she started leaving from there, the accused forcibly caught her and molested her.
Pressure of marriage and conversion, victims in panic due to threat
The victim said that the accused, while committing indecency with her, forced the marriage and conversion for this. On protesting, she threatened that she would forcefully take her to Kashmir if she did not listen to her. According to the woman, the accused is now constantly pressurizing the factory through phone and message, due to which she is scared and is not able to go to her work.
Police action, accused arrested
Seeing the seriousness of the case, the victim filed a report in the police station Sector-20. Noida DSP Rambadan Singh said that a case has been registered against accused Amin Kolu under various sections of IPC. The police arrested the accused and sent them to jail. The officer also informed that the woman is being provided all possible security.
