To this, both the victims said that they had gone out for fun and their friend who was driving a commercial vehicle. He was recklessly moving the vehicle here and there again and again. The speed of the vehicle was also very fast. The insurance company told the court that because the accused and the victim were having fun. The driver of the vehicle is personally responsible for this accident, so the owner or driver of the vehicle will compensate the compensation amount.
The court of MACT Judge Dr Hardeep Kaur at Saket upheld the arguments of the insurance company and directed the vehicle owner to pay the compensation amount to both the victims.
