According to sources, as soon as he arrives in Delhi, he will go straight from the airport to the PM residence in view of the paucity of time. Here he will have two-way talks with Modi. As of now, talks can take place between the two countries at 8 pm. According to sources, apart from trade deal, many types of agreements are expected at the level of education and technology in the talks. This will be the second conversation with Biden after the bilateral talks held in America in June this year. According to sources, Biden planned to arrive a day earlier for separate talks with PM Modi along with the G20. In talks with Biden, India can raise the issue of bringing more liberalism in the visa policy for its people. A media statement will also be issued after the talks.

PM Modi’s bilateral talks with PM Sheikh Hasina of Bangladesh and PM of Mauritius are scheduled on Friday itself.
