Silver has again come close to 71 thousand and gold 55 thousand rupees. After Sunday holiday, silver rose by Rs 2,300 per kg and gold by Rs 1000 per 10 grams in the open market on Monday. The work in bullion has come to a complete standstill at an unexpected speed. The skyrocketing prices are taking everyone by surprise. According to bullion traders, the situation is expected to return to normal only after the Ukraine-Russia war ends.

Gold and silver prices are moving towards new records due to continuous attack by Russia on Ukraine. On Monday, the unexpected rise in the prices of both the precious metals surprised everyone. This created an atmosphere of confusion in the bullion market. According to businessman Shubham Munat, the price of silver in RTGS was Rs 70900 and gold was Rs 54,500. Silver has currently declined by Rs 2200 per kg as compared to February 1, 2021, while gold has seen an unexpected increase of Rs 4500 per 10 grams. On February 1 last year, the price of silver was Rs 73100 and the price of gold was Rs 50000.

Businessmen Prateek Jain and Rishabh Sanghvi told that the prices of gold and silver have reached the sky. Due to this the work is being affected badly. Customers are returning only after hearing the price, so many people are coming to sell old jewelry due to the hope of coming down in future. Gold and silver prices are moving up and down several times throughout the day. In such a situation, there is an atmosphere of panic among the traders. After buying from the customers at a higher price, there is a fear of the price coming down.
