Gold Price Today: There was a rise in the prices of gold and silver on Tuesday. Due to this, the price of gold in the bullion market of the national capital increased by Rs 100 to Rs 63,250 per 10 grams. HDFC Securities gave this information. In the last trading session, gold had closed at Rs 63,150 per 10 grams. Silver price also strengthened by Rs 200 to Rs 75,700 per kg. Earlier it had closed at Rs 75,500 per kg.
Gold and silver prices in international market
Today, along with domestic markets, there was a boom in international markets also. 24-carat gold was trading at $ 2,026.10 an ounce, up 0.20 percent. Silver was up one percent at $22 an ounce. Globally, gold has seen a softening in recent times. A few days ago its price was hovering around $2,100.
22,20,18 and 14 carat gold rate
According to the Indian Bullion Jewelers Association, the price of 22 carat gold is Rs 60,860 per 10 grams. The rate of 20 carat gold has become Rs 55,500 per 10 grams, the price of 18 carat gold has become Rs 50,511 per 10 grams and the rate of 14 carat gold has become Rs 40,220 per 10 grams.
Gold price in futures market
On Tuesday, gold prices rose by Rs 202 to Rs 62,070 per 10 grams in futures trade due to buying of fresh deals by traders amid strong spot demand. On the Multi Commodity Exchange, the price of the contract for delivery in the month of February increased by Rs 202, or 0.33 percent, to Rs 62,070 per 10 grams. 6,214 lots were traded in this. Market analysts said buying of fresh deals by traders led to the rise in gold futures prices.
