Gold Price Today on 5th July 2024 : In line with the strong trend in international markets, gold closed at Rs 73,310 per 10 grams on Friday in the bullion market of the national capital with a gain of Rs 200. In the previous trading session, gold closed at Rs 73,110 per 10 grams. Apart from this, the price of silver also increased by Rs 350 to Rs 93,400 per kg. In the previous session, it closed at Rs 93,050 per kg. Dilip Parmar, research analyst at HDFC Securities, said, “Spot gold prices (24 carats) in Delhi markets stood at Rs 73,310 per 10 grams, which is Rs 200 more than the previous closing price. “
Gold and silver globally
In global markets, spot gold was at $ 2,363 an ounce in Comex, which is seven dollars more than the previous closing price. Apart from this, silver also remained at $ 30.55 an ounce with a gain. In the last session, it closed at $ 30.40 an ounce. Praveen Singh, Associate Vice President (Basic Currency and Commodity Department) of Sharekhan by BNP Paribas, said that gold is expected to trade with a positive trend. However, a strong employment report will take gold down again.

Domestic futures prices of gold and silver have seen a rise on Friday evening. On the MCX exchange, gold for delivery on August 5, 2024 was seen trading at Rs 72930 per 10 grams with a gain of 0.78 percent or Rs 563. At the same time, silver for delivery on September 5, 2024 was seen trading at Rs 93,068 per kg with a gain of 1.20 percent or Rs 1107.
