Jaipur. The Rajasthan Housing Board State Government’s budget announcement is going to launch new residential schemes for various income classes in various districts of the state Jaipur, Udaipur, Barmer, Kota and Hanumangarh in the months of April and May. Rajasthan Housing Board Commissioner Rashmi Sharma said that under these schemes, both flats and independent housing options will be available, so that families of EWS, LIG, middle income classes and upper income classes will be provided with affordable, safe and quality housing. Along with this, various residential schemes will also be started soon in Atru, Gajanpura, Nainwa, Lakeeri and Dholpur. It is noteworthy that in Jaisalmer and Neemrana near Shajahanpur, the board will soon start a new residential scheme, which is under preparation.
A spokesperson of the Housing Board said that the schemes brought by the Housing Board, realizing the efficient leadership of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma and the vision of “developed Rajasthan”, will prove to be a big gift for the people who are dreaming of their housing. These schemes have also made provisions like residential premises, green areas, community buildings, parking and water conservation with modern facilities, so that citizens can get a complete and balanced lifestyle.
