More than 110 participants participated enthusiastically, yoga trainers conducted a practical session
Neemrana. On the occasion of International Yoga Day, a grand yoga program was organized under the joint aegis of Punjab National Bank Farmers Training Center, Neemrana (run by Krishak Welfare Trust) and PNB Rural Self -Employment Training Institute, Alwar. More than 110 participants, including officers, instructors, trainees and local citizens, participated actively in the event.
The program started with lamp lighting, Surya Namaskar and Saraswati Vandana. After this, the yoga session was conducted by yoga instructors Vikas Sharma and Sapna Sharma. The trainers, while highlighting the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga in detail, practiced various asanas, pranayama and meditation practice.
On this occasion, Center Director Ranjit Kumar Yadav, lead district manager Mohanlal Meena, Shiv Kumar from PNB Shahjahanpur, Surendra Singh from PNB Bahrod, Agriculture Specialist Harikishan Prabhat, PNB Rural Self -Employment Training Institute (RSETI) senior faculty J.P. Many dignitaries including single, computer instructors Ramlal Surila, Aman Singh and Deepak Sharma were present.
The students of the current training batch of computer accounting not only participated enthusiastically in the yoga session, but also shared many curiosity with the trainers about the history, importance and role of yoga, which were solved in accurate and satisfactory.
After the session, bananas, fresh fruits and juices were distributed to all the participants, so that the message of health remained till the conclusion of the program.
In his inspiring address, the leading district manager Mohanlal Meena said that Yoga has established its relevance around the world. By making it a part of daily life, a person can not only stay away from diseases but can also achieve mental peace.
Center Director Ranjit Kumar Yadav said, “Yoga is the key to healthy life. Through this event, all of us have received a motivating message to move forward in the direction of healthy body, calm mind and positive lifestyle. This is also the basic objective of this program.”
It was also informed during the program that International Yoga Day was also organized by PNB’s Divisional Office, Alwar in the campus of Village PNB Rural Self -Employment Training Institute, in which a large number of rural citizens participated and got information about the benefits of yoga.
