This created chaos. It is being told that the door of the library used to open with a biometric system. In such a situation, there was a stir among the students. 3 promising students died in this accident. After this incident, there was a stir at the level of governance and administration. After the incident that happened on Saturday in Rao IAS Study Circle, people have only one question in their minds- how did such a big incident happen? Were no safety measures taken in the coaching center? Was the coaching center using the basement illegally? How did water enter the basement by breaking the gate? Eyewitnesses said that water entered the basement of RAU’s coaching center due to the gate being broken. After the rain, 3 to 4 feet of water had accumulated on the road in front. During this time, a car passed by very fast. Due to the force of the water, the gate of the coaching center broke and water started entering the basement directly.

Pandit ji, an eyewitness to the accident, said that the water on the road was waist deep. At that time a car passed by and the gate of the coaching centre broke. He said that water collects here from all sides. Another eyewitness Narendra said that water always collects here. The water level was high and the car came and the gate broke. Narendra said that the basement is 12 feet below. There are gates with fingerprints. He said that there is a hall below. The students did not get a chance to get out of the gate. The water suddenly went into the basement. The guard ran with a rope, but failed to save the students.

What did the students say about the accident?
There is anger among the students preparing for UPSC Civil Services after this incident. Students say that a library was being run in the basement without permission. Students say that there is a big problem here. Libraries run in the basement of coaching centers. Most coaching centers do not follow the rules. There must be 200 private libraries and all are in the basement. Students say that less money is charged for the library in the basement. The charge for the library upstairs is higher, so students go to the basement to save 1500 paise per month. Property dealers also harass students. It is being told that Rau’s coaching center had been flooded earlier as well. Students had complained about it earlier as well. This is a deliberate murder.
