Group C team in T20 World Cup
T20 World Cup is being organized in America and West Indies. A total of 20 teams are participating in the tournament this time. Where all the teams have been divided into four groups. Talking about the status of Group C in T20 World Cup 2024, Afghanistan’s team is currently at the first position in the points table. West Indies team is in second place. Uganda is in third place, Papua New Guinea is in fourth place and New Zealand is in last place. The Kiwi team had to face defeat against Afghanistan in the opening match of the tournament. After this, they have not played a single match yet. In this way, New Zealand’s team is in last place.

- Uganda (2 pts | -4.217 NRR): Uganda need a big win against New Zealand and results from other teams to go in their favour.
- Papua New Guinea (0 pts | -0.434 NRR): PNG’s chances of progressing are slim, but they will have to win their remaining matches by big margins, which include the ones against New Zealand and Afghanistan.
- New Zealand (0 points | -4.200 NRR): New Zealand will have to win all their remaining matches against West Indies, Uganda and Papua New Guinea. Apart from this, they will also have to improve their net run rate, which has deteriorated due to the defeat in the match played against Afghanistan.
