Moving towards electric vehicles in the country, the GT-Force company has introduced three new electric 2-wheelers – GT Drive, GT Drive Pro and an electric motorcycle prototype. Let us tell you, the company launched these vehicles at the EV India Expo 2021, which was held at the India Expo Center in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Let us explain in detail, the details of these three vehicles:
GT Force Drive :
The Drive offered by GT-Force is a high-speed electric scooter, it is capable of top speed of 60 kmph, which is capable of running up to 150 km on a single charge. The GT Drive uses a lithium-ion battery, with three riding modes – Economy, Standard and Turbo.
GT Drive Pro
The GT Drive Pro is a low-speed electric scooter from the company, and has been targeted at people who need connectivity options for shorter routes. With an aim to meet the needs of the urban household, this scooter has also been designed to keep pace with the needs of women. The GT Drive Pro can cover a distance of 75 km on a single charge. At the same time, the top speed of this scooter is only 25 kmph.
Motorcycle Prototype
The company has also unveiled the prototype of its upcoming motorcycle at the EV India Expo 2021. Which is expected to be launched in the Indian market next year. Mukesh Taneja, Co-Founder and CEO, GT-Force, said on the occasion that, “People are getting misunderstood, that EVs may not be able to meet the long distance travel requirements, or they are inconvenient. It’s all just because they haven’t really tried yet.”
