Priyank Sharma, Gwalior Naiduniya. Under the board examinations of the Board of Secondary Education (Mashim), the examinations of High School and Higher Secondary are currently going on. These exams have started from 17th and 18th February and will run from 10th to 12th March. This time, the Board of Secondary Education will conduct the evaluation work in two phases so that the results of the board examinations can be released in time and the new academic session starts on time.
For this, under the scheme prepared by the Board of Secondary Education, the evaluation of the examinations to be held till March 28 will be started from March 5. By then half the examinations of both the classes would have been completed, so the evaluation work would be started along with the examination. For this in Gwalior, central evaluation will be done at Padma Vidyalaya, Kampu. For this, instead of the districts of Gwalior zone, copies of districts of other divisions will be sent here for checking. Copies will be kept in Padma Vidyalaya under central evaluation and the evaluators will have to check the copies only after coming to the school. This will also maintain transparency of evaluation. After this, efforts will be made till the end of the board examinations that the work will be completed in one phase through central evaluation. The evaluation for the papers to be held from March 1 to March 12 will be started after the examination. Every year the result is declared by the board in the month of June, but then the examinations were also held between March and April. This time the board exams have been started from the month of February. In such a situation, it is expected that the evaluation work will be completed in maximum one and a half months and the result of high school and higher secondary will be declared in the month of May. Also, the new session will also be able to start on time.
