Gwalior Court News: Balbir Singh, Gwalior, Naiduniya. Judicial Magistrate First Class has sentenced the accused Sonu alias Anil Sharma to six months imprisonment. The accused had hit the motor cycle by speeding and recklessly driving the van. The police had registered a case against the accused under section 338 of Bhadvi. The court found the accused guilty under this section and sentenced him to rigorous imprisonment for 6 months and a fine of Rs 1000. Assistant District Public Prosecution Officer Pawan Kumar Sharma, appearing for the prosecution, told about the incident that on August 14, 2021, the complainant Rajkumar Trivedia reported that he lives in New Janakpuri Adityapuram and works in the army.
On August 14, 2021, at around eight o’clock in the morning, he was going to Indramani Nagar on his motorcycle, as soon as he reached the intersection, the driver of a Maruti van from Suncity brought his van by speeding and recklessly and from his motor cycle. hit. Due to which the leg of the bike rider was injured. The complaint of which was registered in Gola’s temple police station and the matter was taken up for investigation. After the investigation, the charge sheet was presented before the court. It was argued on behalf of the prosecution that the accused was driving the vehicle recklessly on the road. His vehicle had spread panic on the road. On the way, he hit the soldier. Therefore, the accused should be given the harshest punishment, so that the message can be sent to the society. In defense of the accused, it was argued that it was a sudden incident. Was not driving the van carelessly. Be lenient in punishing him. After hearing both the sides, the court sentenced the accused to six months imprisonment.
