Gwalior Court News: Gwalior, New Dunia Rep. The Single Bench of the High Court, while hearing a habeas corpus petition, has ordered the University Police Station to go to the orphanage in Jaipur. Go there and find out whether the information given by the corpus (captive) about the girl is true or false. In what condition is the child living? alive or dead.
A woman resident of Morena has filed a habeas corpus petition in the High Court. It was argued on behalf of the petitioner that his daughter has been taken hostage by a youth named Yogesh. He is married before. Let him be freed. Police traced him on the orders of the High Court. The girl (corpus) was presented before the court through video conferencing from Sarmathura police station in Dholpur district of Rajasthan. He was told that no one had taken him hostage.
Hearing of habeas corpus petition in High Court: I am living with him voluntarily. He is an adult. Free to live anywhere. Corpus’ mother alleged that she had a daughter, who she murdered. There was a new twist in the petition on this allegation. When the court asked questions regarding the girl, she has left the girl in an orphanage in Jaipur, she is living in the orphanage. The court has directed Sub Inspector Pradeep Jatav to go to Jaipur. The orphanage where the girl is staying should be produced before the court through video conferencing. The girl will have to be presented on March 10 at 10:30 am.
Relatives beat up the girl who reached home after getting married: The girl, who went missing from Bahodapur two months ago, returned home four days ago. On Monday, the girl told her relatives that she had done a court marriage with a youth resident of Leather Mill. Angered by this, the relatives beat him up. The girl was insisting on living with her husband. The girl told her relatives that she was an adult and had married of her own free will. Opposing this, the relative beat up the girl. Angered by this, the girl reached the Padhav police station.
