As soon as it is denotified from the GDA, the Town and Country Planning and Municipal Corporation has issued permission for the construction of the first building in just two weeks. With this permission, now colonizers and builders will be able to easily prepare large multis in the city center area. Till now GDA’s permission was used for any work.
After the fall of Kamal Nath government, Shivraj Singh Chouhan took command in the state. After this the city center area was de-notified from GDA. The order of its D notification reached the building branch of the Municipal Corporation a month ago. Due to this order, the departments which had canceled the permission of La Sapphire. He gave permission again within just two weeks. After getting the permission, the work of construction of La Sapphire has started. In this, the broken part is being rebuilt, while the part that was left is being kept as it is. In a posh area like City Center, where land rates range from Rs 5000 to 7000 sq ft, La Sapphire is being built in 672 square meters. At the same time, the government is now preparing to exclude Mehra Sirol, Anand Nagar, Vinay Nagar, Transport Nagar Commercial, Mahadji Nagar, Sheel Nagar etc. from the GDA. Due to the City Center, Mehra Sirol etc. area being outside the GDA, about 100 hectares of land will be denotified here. Colonizers, farmers and builders will benefit the most from this.
