Now news has come about another big cricketer. It is being told that Hardik Pandya is going to return home from Gujarat Titans. That means Hardik will once again enter the field to play the next season of IPL on behalf of his old team Mumbai Indians. According to the news of news channel Aaj Tak, talks have taken place between Mumbai Indians and Gujarat Titans regarding Hardik Pandya’s return to the old team. Mumbai Indians will give Rs 15 crore to Gujarat Titans to take back Hardik Pandya. Hardik was signed by Mumbai Indians in 2015, but was later picked up by Gujarat Titans.
The news channel has reported that Mumbai Indians may release some players from their team to take back Hardik Pandya. The deadline to retain players for the 2024 season of IPL is till 4 pm on 26th November. No official information has been given by Gujarat Titans or Mumbai Indians regarding the latest news about Hardik Pandya. Hardik Pandya captained Gujarat Titans and made the team the winner of IPL in 2022. Gujarat Titans participated in IPL for the first time in 2022. Hardik was also adjudged Player of the Match in the final match against Rajasthan Royals. Whereas, Gujarat Titans reached the final in 2023. Where Chennai Super Kings defeated him.
