Regarding this matter, Karnal Superintendent of Police Ganga Ram Punia says that a country-made pistol, 31 cartridges and 3 IEDs have been recovered after searching his vehicle in the presence of BDDS team. BDDS team is present at the spot and taking further action. An FIR has been registered in Madhuban police station regarding the matter.

According to media reports, these four terrorists were arrested from near Bastara toll plaza around 4 in the morning. All the arrested terrorists were planning to go somewhere in a big SUV. In the initial investigation, it has come to the fore that all were going from Punjab to Delhi. The police took this action on the basis of the IB report, which has been successful.

It is also being told that the four arrested terrorists are related to the terrorist organization Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) of Punjab. To get the noose, a joint operation was conducted by the Intelligence Department, Punjab Police and Haryana Police. Robots were used to search the suspects’ car. It is also being said that the age of the arrested terrorists is around 20-25 years. They were given the task of leaving these weapons somewhere. These people were going from Punjab to Nanded in Maharashtra.
