Chandigarh The change starts sometimes with slogans, but with eyes. Haryana also started this change with eyes. For Haryana, 11 July brought a new view. It was as if thousands of eyes received a new hope after seeing the moment when Health Minister Aarti Singh Rao launched the “Ujjwal Darshan Haryana Abhiyan”.
Name shiny, work powerful!
This is not a common government scheme in which after listening, the form is said to wait. For the section of society that cannot buy glasses or which considers the weakness of its eyes as “luck”, it is a ground attempt to change. Now this is not destiny, but vision.
Two targets: one solution.
Children and elderly are the center of meditation in this scheme. School -going children whose eyes are fighting not with books but staining for those over 45 years of age – for whom the letters of the newspaper became blurred but therapy was a dream. They are now getting completely trouble -free glasses.
1.4 lakh eyes … now faster!
Yes, this is not a small plan. Single, 1.4 lakh glasses have been distributed across Haryana-22 district hospitals, 50 sub-divisional hospitals and 122 community centers are engaged in this mission. Under the National Blindness Control Program – ie it is a well thought out policy, not the slogan of the campaign is being done.
Child or Baba – Now everyone’s eyes are correct!
The most surprising aspect of this project is that no age limit has been kept but this is just the beginning. A youth is able to clearly see the class first, or a big person is able to read the newspaper again. Then those glasses become a mirror of confidence, not just lenses.
The vision changed, now it’s the turn of thinking!
The initiative of Haryana shows that true progress directly affects life. The bright vision plan is the beginning of an idea in which the government says: “We want to see you as a human being, not as a voter – a strong, accurate and equal. Once the vision becomes clear, the attitude will also change. Perhaps this is the true beginning of a bright India.
