Ingredients to make Banana Raita
- 1 bowl fresh curd
- 2-3 medium ripe bananas
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp grated dry coconut
- 1 tablespoon chironji
- 1 cup roasted makhana
- 1 spoon ghee

First of all, beat the curd well and mix sugar in it.

Peel the banana, cut it into slices and mix it in curd.

Now for tempering, add 1 spoon ghee in a pan and add chironji in it and fry it lightly.

When the chironji turns light brown, add grated coconut to the ghee.

Now add it to the raita mixed with curd and banana as a tempering.
