Bread Samosa Recipe

As strange as the name of this dish sounds, it will taste just as amazing. There is a different pleasure in cooking and eating this dish in monsoon. Let’s know about the very easy way to make bread samosa.
First step- To make the stuffing for bread samosa, heat 2 spoons of oil in a pan, add half a spoon of cumin seeds, one inch finely chopped ginger, half a spoon of coriander seeds, one finely chopped green chilli and fry it.
Second step- Now add 3 boiled mashed potatoes, half spoon red chili powder, 1/4 spoon garam masala, 1/4 spoon dry mango powder and salt in the same pan and mix well.
Third step- To enhance the taste, you should also add 2 spoons of chopped coriander leaves to it.
Fourth step- Now cut the edges of 8 slices of white bread and roll them thinly using a rolling pin and give them a triangular shape and divide them into two parts.
Fifth step- Prepare a batter by mixing 2 spoons of flour in 2 spoons of water. With the help of this batter, give these bread slices the cone shape of samosa.
Sixth step- Now fill the stuffing in this cone and paste the edges with the batter and then heat oil in a pan and fry it on medium flame till it becomes golden.
Now you can serve these hot bread samosas with green chutney or tomato sauce. You should definitely try this dish during the rainy season.
