Eating curd in summer is good for health. Eating curd maintains the balance of good bacteria in the stomach. This calms down the heat in the stomach and improves digestion, but sometimes children do not like the taste of plain curd. People start making faces as soon as they see milk and curd made from milk. However, I like flavored yogurt. The reason for this is that colorful things attract children more. In such a situation, you can prepare mango flavored curd for your loved one. Its taste will be much better than the yogurt available in the market. Today we are telling you how to prepare curd by adding mango. This is a brand new recipe, you must try it.
How to make Mango Flavored Yogurt at Home
To make mango curd, first boil the milk thoroughly and thicken it slightly.
Now let the milk cool down. In summer, curd sets well at lukewarm temperature, so cool the milk to this extent.
Now take a big mango and if it is of medium size then take 2 mangoes, that is, it should have light flavor and color too.
Peel the seeds, remove the seeds and take out the pulp. Now add some sugar and grind it in the mixer.
When the milk cools down, add well-ground mango pulp into it.
Mix both the things well and then put it in a container to freeze.
In summer, if curd is stored in a wide vessel like a bowl, it will set better.
Now add 1 tablespoon curd to the milk and mango mixture, cover and keep aside.
Keep it at one place without stirring for about 5 hours so that a thick curd gets set.
Now check once and if you feel that the curd is not set properly then keep it in a warm place.
You can keep the curd vessel in the microwave or in a box. This will set the curd very quickly.
Now keep the prepared mango curd in the refrigerator to cool.
Feed flavored mango yogurt to children and also eat this special mango yogurt.
To decorate it, add some chopped mango pieces on top.
