Ingredients to make Kokum Solkadhi:
Half cup kokum, 1 raw coconut, 6 to 7 cloves of garlic, half piece of ginger, 2 green chillies, 6 to 7 black peppers, 2 spoons of cumin, pinch of asafoetida, 3 spoons of chaat masala, salt as per taste, 1 beetroot, some ice. pieces, green coriander leaves, sugar 2 spoons (optional)
How to make Kokum Solkadhi: (How to make Kokum Solkadhi)
First step: To make Kokum Solkadhi, first soak half a cup of Kokum in hot water. Now after that take a raw coconut and cut it into small pieces.
Second step: Now in a mixer jar add coconut, 6 to 7 cloves of garlic, half piece of ginger, 2 green chillies, 6 to 7 black peppers, 2 spoons of cumin, a pinch of asafoetida, 3 spoons of chaat masala, salt as per taste, 1 beetroot, some ice cubes. Take pieces and water of soaked kokum and add 1 cup of water and grind it finely. (If you want this drink to be slightly sweet, you can also add 2 spoons of sugar in it)
Third step: Now take a big vessel and put this mixture in a muslin cloth and filter it thoroughly. Now put the remaining mixture in the grinder jar and grind it and once again put it in a muslin cloth and filter it thoroughly.
Fourth step: Solkadhi is ready. For garnishing, add finely chopped coriander leaves and ice cubes. Add salt as per taste and drink this energy drink.
