Yogasanas for strong and shapely hands-
Downward Facing Dog Pose-
Sit on the yoga mat on both hands and knees and slowly raise your knees. Straighten your legs. Now raise your hips while keeping your hands and legs straight. Keep your head down and relax your neck. Hold your breath in this position for 5 to 10 seconds and then slowly take a deep breath.
Chaturanga Dandasana (Four-Limbed Staff Pose)-
Sit in plank pose on the mat. Now slowly bring the body down by bending your elbows and keep your elbows close to the body. Keep the stomach tight. Stay like this for 10 to 15 seconds and then come back to plank pose.
Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose)-
First stand in Tadasana posture and move the right leg forward. Then place the left hand on the floor and raise the right hand up. Slowly raise the right leg and stay in this position for 20-30 seconds while keeping the body balanced. Then slowly come back to the first pose. Now do the same with the other leg.

Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)-
First lie down on your stomach and place your hands under your shoulders. Keep your legs straight and toes pointing outwards. Now slowly lift your upper body and look upwards while keeping your waist straight. Stay in this position for 15-30 seconds. Slowly lie back down.
Vrikshasana (Tree Pose)-
To do this, first stand in Tadasana. Now lift one leg and place it on the thigh of the other leg. While balancing, join both hands in prayer posture and stretch above the head. Keep this position for 20-30 seconds and slowly come back to the old position. Similarly, repeat this posture with the other leg.
Doing these yogasanas regularly will help in making the hands slim and strong. However, keep in mind that do them with the right technique and stop the practice if you feel discomfort or pain.
