He had escaped by boarding a police car, how was gangster Himanshu Bhau’s brother caught

The Delhi Police Special Cell has arrested Vicky alias Sonu, brother of gangster Himanshu Bhau, who created terror in the capital and Haryana by committing robbery, dacoity and extortion. Himanshu Bhau has fled to America by making a passport in a fake name. He is running his gang in India from there. Vicky was arrested from Himanshu Bhau’s house i.e. Ritoli in Rohtak. More than 7 criminal cases are registered against him. In the recent inter-state coordination meeting held at Delhi Police Headquarters, Haryana and Delhi Police had prepared a strategy to nab this notorious gangster.

Last month, Delhi Police’s Special Cell team was attacked, in which Vicky was involved. Vicky was successful in escaping after trying to run his Scorpio over the Special Cell vehicles. This incident took place near the court in Faridabad area. According to the police, Vicky has been involved in the purchase and sale of illegal weapons for the Himanshu gang. Ankit alias Baba Himanshu is an enemy of Vicky’s gang. Ankit is also a resident of Rohtak. In March 2022, Ankit along with his henchmen killed Himanshu’s brother Bajrang, in which an elderly man was killed. He was shot while trying to intervene.

How was Vicky caught?
To avenge his brother’s death, Himanshu killed Hansraj Transporter, a main gangster of Ankit’s gang. Since then, both of them have been sworn enemies. Ankit Baba is currently lodged in Rohtak jail in Haryana. He was planning to kill Ankit’s brother Sunny outside the jail. Special Cell received information about Vicky, after which he was arrested. He was in constant touch with Himanshu Bhau. According to the police, investigation has revealed that Vicky has committed murders for Himanshu Bhau. He used to order consignments of weapons from Madhya Pradesh. When he was arrested, he was trying to run away after seeing the Special Cell team. However, he was caught from Ritoli village in Rohtak.
