The rule made by the boss of a Mumbai start-up to curb the lateness of his employees turned out to be costly for him! The rule was that whoever comes late will have to pay a fine of Rs 200. But after doing this, something happened that the boss himself had to pay a fine of Rs 1000. Read further to understand what the whole matter is.
Kaushal Shah, founder of Ivor Beauty Brand, implemented a new policy in his company under which employees were instructed to reach office by 9.30 am. If they are late, they will have to pay a fine of Rs 200. But what happened was that Kaushal himself was late five times and he had to pay a thousand rupees. He himself said this by posting on his X handle. Shah also shared the screenshot of his Rs 200 fine for one of the five times.
