‘Surya told me to be ready to bowl in the series’
In a video posted on the website of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), he said, ‘I have taken a lot of wickets in domestic cricket. I have also taken a wicket in ODIs. Surya had told me to be ready to bowl in the series. Although I had not bowled before this match. But Surya bhai had told me to keep practicing my bowling.’ India whitewashed hosts Sri Lanka 3-0 in the three-match T20 series.
