New Delhi. On Friday, ED will present Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, arrested in Delhi’s liquor scam case, in Rouse Avenue Court. At the same time, a hearing against the arrest of Delhi CM will be held in the Supreme Court today. Last night the CM’s lawyers had reached the Supreme Court Registrar’s house and demanded an immediate hearing.
ED will request to give Kejriwal custody
According to sources, ED can interrogate Kejriwal before his appearance in Rouse Avenue Court and his medical checkup will be done once again in the morning. After that, around 10:30 am, Kejriwal can be produced in Rouse Avenue Court. ED will request the court to give Kejriwal custody for questioning.
Hearing in Supreme Court, diary number-13598/2024
There will be a hearing against the arrest of Arvind Kejriwal in the Supreme Court today. His lawyers will present their case in the Supreme Court. Last night, denying him urgent hearing, he was allotted diary number 13598/2024.

AAP’s protest against BJP
Today, Aam Aadmi Party leaders and workers will protest against BJP in protest against the arrest of their chief Kejriwal. On this issue, Kejriwal may get support from INDI alliance parties including Congress.
Yesterday, Delhi High Court did not give relief to Kejriwal from any punitive action by ED, after which in the evening ED arrested him from his residence in Civil Lines. Kejriwal was then taken to the ED office, where RML doctors did his medical checkup.

When ED officials asked Kejriwal for food, he refused. No questioning was done to Kejriwal last night. However, before his arrest the ED had interrogated him. This is the 16th arrest in Delhi’s liquor scam case.
