Ayurvedic doctor VK Pandey (BAMS from Vinoba Bhave University, Medical Officer in Jharkhand Government and more than 25 years of experience) from Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand, told Local 18 that heart attacks do not occur suddenly. Rather, some symptoms start appearing in your body two-three months in advance. It is a different matter that people consider it trivial and ignore it.
Don’t ignore these symptoms…
• Dr. VK Pandey says that first of all you will feel less hungry three-four months in advance. There will be some loss of interest in food. Like before, your mouth would be watering after seeing delicious dishes, but due to lack of appetite, you would have no interest in any kind of dish.
• Actually, if there is any problem in the heart then the liver also has problem in digesting food. This is the reason food is not digested properly. Something like gas starts forming in the stomach. Your stomach starts feeling full or bloated.
• Apart from this, if you walk even 500 meters, you start feeling short of breath and even climbing two-three stairs becomes difficult for you. Apart from this, normal to excessive sweating is also quite dangerous.
• Sometimes, if you feel pain in your jaw or especially in your left shoulder while sleeping at night, then you should understand that there is definitely some problem in your heart, because the heart has a direct relation with your left shoulder and the lower part of your jaw. It is done by part.
• If you see any of these symptoms, contact your doctor immediately. If you become aware in time, heart attack can be prevented to a great extent. Also, in daily life, walk for 45 minutes every day and avoid eating excessively oily and spicy food. With this you can keep your heart healthy.
