IMD said that Friday was the hottest day of the year so far in the national capital and the maximum temperature was recorded at 37.8 degrees Celsius, 5 degrees more than the average temperature of this season. IMD officials said and gave this information. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the temperature in Delhi was recorded at 37 degrees Celsius on March 27, which is the second hottest day so far this season. IMD said that although the day started with sunshine, it became cloudy in the evening and there was light rain in some parts of the city.

IMD has also released the latest update regarding the weather of Delhi. According to IMD, there is a possibility of rain with thunderstorm in Delhi on Saturday. According to IMD, the maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to be around 36 and 20 degrees Celsius respectively. Kuldeep Srivastava, head of the Regional Meteorological Centre, said, ‘Despite the rising temperature, there was no feeling of heat in Delhi due to cloudy sky and light rain.’
Weather of other states
According to Skymet Weather, during the next 24 hours, there may be light rain in South Haryana, Delhi, North Rajasthan, western parts of Uttar Pradesh, Sikkim and Northeast India. Light to moderate rain is possible over southern parts of Kerala and Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Light rain is possible in Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh on March 30. Heat wave conditions are possible in parts of Vidarbha and North Interior Karnataka.
