The temperature is likely to exceed 40 degrees Celsius in most parts of Jharkhand. At the same time, today there may be sporadic rain with thunderstorm in Punjab, Haryana-Chandigarh-Delhi.
Thunderstorm and rain in many areas of Rajasthan

According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum rainfall during this period was 21 mm in Chaksu in Jaipur and four mm in Dungargarh in Bikaner. According to this, the weather is likely to remain mainly dry in most parts of the country for the next five to six days. Due to the partial influence of another weak western disturbance, strong surface wind with a speed of 25-30 km per hour is likely to occur in some parts of Jodhpur, Bikaner division on 29-30 April.
Condition of Jammu Kashmir and Himachal
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain and snowfall at many places in the Western Himalayas during the next two days. On April 28, there may be heavy rain and snowfall in some parts of Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. Light to moderate rain and snowfall is expected in Arunachal Pradesh.
