There is news of relief for the people of the country’s capital Delhi and North Central India. Soon people can get relief from the heat wave. This will benefit the most those people who are forced to go out of the house during the afternoon and are falling ill due to the heat wave. Meteorological Department chief Mrityunjay Mohapatra has said that there is a possibility of getting relief from heat wave after three days. On this basis, people can get some relief from May 31 and the havoc of heat wave can reduce.
Due to Ramal storm, it is raining in the eastern parts of the country. This has definitely caused other problems to the people, but the temperature has come down. However, the heat is at its peak in most of the states of North and Central India. In many areas of Rajasthan, the maximum temperature is crossing 50 degrees. In such a situation, the Meteorological Department has not given any information about the decrease in temperature. It is expected that the heat will reduce only after the arrival of monsoon in June.
Temperatures in Delhi cross 45 degrees
The Meteorological Department has predicted the maximum temperature in Delhi to be 46 degrees Celsius. According to the Meteorological Department, the minimum temperature in Delhi on Monday was recorded at 29.2 degrees Celsius, which is 2.6 degrees higher than the normal temperature of this season. The relative humidity level in the capital was recorded at 48 percent at 8:30 am.
Even Shimla was not cold
Many places in the lower and middle hills of Himachal Pradesh experienced intense heat on Sunday and the state capital Shimla experienced its hottest day of the season at 30.6 degrees Celsius. Una was the hottest place in the state recording a temperature of 44.4 degrees Celsius. Shimla experienced its hottest day of the season with the mercury soaring to 30.6 degrees Celsius. According to Meteorological Department records, the highest maximum temperature of 32.4 degrees Celsius in Shimla was recorded on May 27, 2010. Earlier, the highest maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius in Shimla was recorded on May 20.
The minimum temperature also continued to rise and Paonta Sahib was the hottest at 30.0 degrees Celsius during the night. The maximum temperature crossed the 40 degree mark at many places. Bilaspur recorded 42.9 degrees Celsius, Dhaulkuan 42.8 degrees Celsius, Barthin 41.2 degrees Celsius, Hamirpur 42.1 degrees Celsius and Kangra 40.2 degrees Celsius.
