Indore (Naiduniya Representative). For the first time, a change has been made in the survey regarding cleanliness. Earlier, seven questions were asked to the residents, but now separate surveys will be conducted for the youth and the elderly. Its 600 marks have been fixed. Four out of 11 questions will be asked to the youth. They have to answer. The answer of youth carries 160 marks. There are three categories for the elderly. This includes disposal, public awareness and solid waste management. Answering four questions carries 400 marks. Elders will also be asked four questions.
This was told by Amit Dubey, the project coordinator of the Swachh Bharat Mission of the Municipal Corporation. On Tuesday, he answered the questions related to the Swachh Survekshan under the Hello Naiduniya program. He said that the townspeople can take part in the survey through different means. This includes Mobile Application MyGov, 1969 Helpline, Swachhta App, QR Code. Dubey tells that more and more residents of the city should take part in the survey and give their feedback about the cleanliness of the city, so that this time also Indore can overtake the rest of the cities.
Will discuss with the Corporation Commissioner on the suggestion of giving feedback in door to door survey
Question – Is the corporation making any effort to take part in the door-to-door survey from the residents? -Madan Singh Thakur
Answer – The Municipal Corporation has been engaged in making people aware for a long time to respond to the survey. Information related to the survey is being disseminated through newspapers, radio and electronic media. House-to-house survey feedback is being considered. Your suggestion will be discussed with the Municipal Commissioner and it will be implemented.
Question – The people roaming in the city do not pay any attention to cleanliness. Wherever they throw garbage, are they acted upon? -Rajeev Agarwal
Answer – Sometimes people from outside throw garbage on the streets. The Municipal Corporation had launched a campaign to stop this problem. By the way, the corporation is contemplating to start it again, so that the people who spread the dirt can be given advice.
Question – The garbage vehicle coming to Sanjana Park is quite old. He gets worse every day. A new vehicle should be made available for the area. -Brajesh Kumar
Answer – Garbage vehicles are really out of date. The corporation is preparing to replace them. The process of buying e-waste vehicles in their place is going on. Probably in the next three to four months new vehicles will start appearing on the roads.
Question – How can I take part in the survey? By what means can you give feedback? -Aslam Dulawat
Answer – There are six different channels for city dwellers to give their feedback for the survey. Smart phone users can express their opinion on cleanliness through a mobile application, QR code. By the way, users with ordinary phones can give their feedback by calling the 1969 helpline.
