A sensational murder case in Professor Colony of Jabalpur district of Madhya Pradesh has shook the area. 41 -year -old Shikha Mishra killed her husband Brijesh Mishra’s 33 -year -old girlfriend Anika Mishra. This case not only exposes a love triangle, but also forces the intricacies of relationships and their serious consequences.
Story of Murder: Anika Mishra and Brijesh Mishra had a love affair for the last 10 years. When Shikha came to know about her husband’s affair, she started boiling with anger. Shikha decided to solve the issue in her own way and pretended to go to her friend’s house to meet Anika. Shikha placed two knives in her purse and attacked Anika after seeing the opportunity. Shikha stabbed Anika’s neck and stomach with a knife three times. Anika was rushed to the hospital in critical condition, but died during treatment.
After the murder incident: After the murder, Shikha planned to escape and intended to escape to Varanasi. Her plan was that she would run to Varanasi from Mahanagari Express, but she forgot that it is not a film story. As soon as the police came to know about the incident, the Madhotal police station in Jabalpur informed the Satna GRP that the accused woman could run towards Varanasi. After this Satna GRP started searching all trains. Eventually, Shikha was caught in the Mahanagari Express.
Police action and arrest of the accused: After arrest, Shikha barely called her name and accepted the story of the entire murder in strict interrogation. Shikha said that she took this step due to stress and anger in her personal life. After catching Shikha, Satna GRP handed her over to the Madhotal police.
