Gandhinagar. PM Narendra Modi’s mother Heera Ba has turned 100 today. On this occasion, Modi went to meet his mother in the morning itself. Modi cleaned the feet of Heera Bar, fed them sweets and took blessings. On this occasion, Modi wrote for his mother that mother, this is not just a word, it is the spirit of life, in which affection, patience, trust, so much is contained. My mother, Hiraba is entering her hundredth year today on 18th June, her centenary year beginning. I am sharing my happiness and good fortune. Modi has shared this blog in 13 languages.
Remembering his mother, Modi shared the events of his life in the blog, where Heera Ba had an important contribution. Modi wrote that Hira Ba not only made his life better, but also gave him sanskars. He wrote that when I live in Delhi today, old memories are always with me. Modi wrote that like every mother, my mother is also different. You will definitely see your mother in whatever I am writing about my mother. Modi wrote that a person becomes good only by the penance of his mother. Sanskars come in him and he thinks about everything.
Modi has written in his blog that my mother’s childhood went through a lot of difficulties. Perhaps God had written such a thing in his destiny. He wrote that Hira Ba herself believes that whatever troubles she faced, it was the will of God. Modi further wrote that we used to live in a small house in Vadnagar. Which didn’t even have a window. There was no toilet. The roof was tiled and the walls were of mud. He has written that if there are so many shortcomings in life, then people usually get stressed, but my parents never allowed tension in the family. What else Modi wrote about his mother in the blog, you can read it below…
