New Delhi. Will the Pune Porsche case also be entangled in the legal complexities like other hit and run cases? This question is being asked because today is the 7th day of the Pune hit and run case and now suddenly the driver has entered the scene. Suddenly the accused, his relatives and friends have started giving statements that it was their driver and not the minor who was in the driving seat, whereas the driver had earlier said that the minor was driving the car. Footage of the fight and argument had come to light after the Porsche car accident. On the night of 19 May, a minor’s madness for speed had ruined two families, but the shameful thing is that the entire system is busy saving the accused. An attempt has been made to save the spoiled rich boy by entangling this entire case in legal complexities. First, an attempt was made to save him from punishment by claiming that he was a minor, but seeing the anger of the people over this, the game of completely hanging and deviating from the case has also started.
There have been so many twists in this case in just 7 days, there are so many loops of evidence and statements in the case that it does not seem easy to get justice. Till now there was no mention of the driving of the Porsche car in this case, but as soon as the accused’s family felt that the accused could be tried as an adult, the driver was entered in the case and suddenly everyone gave a statement that it was the driver and not the minor who drove the car at a speed of 200 kilometers on Saturday night. The minor claimed that the driver was driving the car at the time of the accident. At the same time, the friends of the minor who were with him at the time of the accident have also given the same statement. The grandfather of the accused also said that the car was in the hands of the driver, but how much truth is there in these hollow claims. To prove this, it can be understood by watching the video of the night of the accident. At the time of this accident, the people present there said that only the minor accused was in the car. He was drunk and the local people also beat him up. In the video, it can also be seen that the crowd is surrounding a boy and beating him.
I was partying in celebration of passing 12th…
Police investigation has said that the minor accused’s father Vishal Agarwal had gifted him a Porsche car to celebrate his passing 12th standard. The accused went to a pub on Saturday night. He drank alcohol with his friends. After paying a bill of 48 thousand, he went to another pub at 12.15 am. He left from there at 1.30 am driving drunk. At the time he hit the car in Kalyani Nagar, he was the only one present in the car and he had already told the driver to go home. Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar said, ‘Our case is not of normal drink and drive. The accused knew that he was driving drunk and it could pose a threat to other people but he still did it. He killed 2 people. We will try to ensure that he gets a severe punishment.’

What did the driver say?
Another report in this case says that the driver has accused the minor’s father of giving the car to him. The driver said that the minor was insisting on driving the Porsche despite being drunk. On this he called the boy’s father and told him the whole thing. The father gave permission to let the son drive the car. The driver further said, ‘I followed the order and sat in the back seat with the boy’s two friends.
Police is busy in bringing out such truth
According to the police, the driver is changing his statement repeatedly, due to which the matter is getting complicated, so the crime branch is cautiously connecting the dots of the accident on Saturday night. Every CCTV footage from the house of builder Vishal Agarwal to the pub is being scanned so that it can be proved who was present at the time of the incident.
