We have always heard that mothers never want their children bad. But in this case of Rajkot, there has been a surprising case from Dhoraji in Rajkot, Gujarat, where a mother raped her own 13 -year -old daughter for months by an HIV -infected person. Let us tell you what the whole matter is.
What is the matter?
When the 13 -year -old victim went to her aunt’s house, she told that her mother took her to a man’s house and the man raped her. After this, the girl’s aunt lodged a complaint at the Bharavadar police station on 17 September 2024. The complaint alleged that the girl’s mother sent her daughter to the accused’s house, where the accused raped her. This sequence lasted for two months, during which the girl silently tortured.
When aunt came to know
Not only this, the girl told that her mother had threatened her that if she told anyone, she would kill her. When the girl’s aunt came to know about this, she told the girl’s father and lodged a police complaint. Now the police has received mobile recording from two witnesses, in which the girl’s mother is seen sending her on the bike with the person. These recordings were sent for forensic examination. Investigation revealed that the accused is HIV positive.
20 years of punishment …
The girl’s statement and medical evidence confirm that the crime was committed. After this, the court has now convicted both the accused and sentenced them to 20 years in jail. The court also convicted the girl’s mother of assisting and promoting the crime. The court has ordered compensation of seven lakh rupees to the victim.
