5 students died in a road accident
A horrific road accident took place in Tiruvallur district of Tamil Nadu. A car and a truck collided on the Chennai-Tirupati National Highway near Thiruthani. Five students died in this accident. Two people were seriously injured. As soon as the information about the accident was received, a police team reached the spot.
5 law students of a private university died
Police officials who reached the spot said that law students were travelling in the car that met with the accident. All these students were from a private university. The bodies of all the students have been taken into custody and sent for post-mortem. The reason behind this accident is being investigated.
Earlier also 4 students had lost their lives in the accident
Let us tell you that in a similar incident on August 2, 4 students including a woman of a law college near Chennai were killed. Another student was seriously injured. A car overturned near Padur. Then 3 students including 2 women died on the spot, while another woman died in a private hospital in Chennai.
the car driver lost control
A group of five students was travelling from Kovalam to Kelambakkam on the evening of August 1 when the driver suddenly lost control of the vehicle and it went off the road and overturned. Police had said that three students trapped inside the car died. Passersby who witnessed the incident pulled out two students from the overturned car and admitted them to a private hospital in Chennai. One student succumbed to his injuries.
